About this blog
My intention in setting this up was to set up a sort of one-stop shop to keep in touch with people while I am travelling around various parts of the globe. Obviously I can’t guarantee the various availability of phone signal / internet / battery life while I am on the move but hopefully I will be able to post updates from time to time, and keep you all with me (at least in spirit) while I am off on my travels!
The “Current Adventure” (as it says on the tin) contains details of my current adventure. I will be posting blog posts along the way as I actually go to each of the places. I made the “Previous Adventures” section to share with you some of the smaller adventures that I have done previously and which led to me doing this trip. Maybe it can show you it part what inspired me to set off on this trip, or give you inspiration for your own next adventure!
Dancing in the Dawn
“Dancing in the Dawn” came about because, of all the experiences I have had while out on trips, sunrises are undoubtedly and consistently the one thing that can make me stop dead in my tracks and grin like a fool.
It’s also kind of a reference to “Dancing in the Moonlight” (Thin Lizzy,) which is a song that always makes me smile, (especially the bass line 😉 )
